University Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Kinnser office employee to join our team in Livonia, MI. This role involves supporting office operations related to the Kinnser software platform, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes within our home care services.
Responsibilities- Manage and update patient records using the Kinnser software system.
- Coordinate scheduling and communication between field staff and the office.
- Assist with billing, documentation, and reporting tasks.
- Support the administrative team with general office duties as needed.
- Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality in all office processes.
- Prior experience with Kinnser software or similar healthcare management systems preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Compensation ranging from $20.00 - $30.00 per week paid semi-monthly.
