As a full-time remote Debt Negotiator (Virginia Licensed), the successful candidate will negotiate directly with creditors and law firms to secure favorable settlements for clients, managing high-volume negotiations while maintaining client files and achieving monthly performance metrics. Key responsibilities Negotiate client debts to completion, communicating hardships and securing settlements to halt legal action Establish and maintain relationships with law firms while analyzing client portfolios to develop effective strategies for financial freedom Manage client account data and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and maintaining confidentiality Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience Experience in a metrics-based or goals-driven environment Strong analytical mindset with business acumen and professionalism High energy and motivation to provide exceptional client service Proficiency in computer systems and CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
