Negotiating directly with creditors and law firms, the full-time remote Debt Negotiator (State Licensed) will help clients secure favorable settlements and resolve accounts, managing client files and maintaining high-volume communication through outbound calls to facilitate financial recovery. Key responsibilities Negotiate client debts by communicating hardships and securing settlements to halt legal actions Establish and maintain relationships with law firms while analyzing client portfolios for effective strategies Gather and submit legal documentation for account approvals and payments, ensuring compliance with regulations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience Experience in a metrics-based or goals-driven environment Strong analytical mindset with business acumen Ability to build rapport with clients and creditors Proficiency in using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
