Debt Negotiator (ID Licensed)

Negotiating directly with creditors and law firms, the full-time remote Debt Negotiator (ID Licensed) will manage client files, conduct high-volume negotiations, and work towards favorable settlements to help clients regain financial control. Key responsibilities Negotiate client debts to completion by communicating hardships and obtaining settlements that halt legal actions Establish and maintain relationships with law firms while analyzing client portfolios to develop effective strategies Achieve monthly KPIs and gather required legal documentation for account resolution Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience Experience in a metrics-based or goals-driven environment Strong analytical mindset with business acumen and professionalism Ability to build rapport with clients and creditors effectively Computer competency, with prior experience using a CRM platform preferred
