EHS Manager

To enhance safety systems across multiple sites, the full-time remote EHS Manager will evaluate and improve safety processes, ensure compliance with regulations, and promote a strong safety culture while collaborating with site EHS leads and cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Execute Environmental, Health, and Safety programs in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable regulations Lead incident investigations and facilitate safety inspections, risk assessments, and workplace audits Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees and leadership Required qualifications A degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a related field, or relevant professional certifications (CSP, ASP, CIH, CHMM) 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or high-tech industrial environment Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety requirements Experience developing and implementing EHS programs and compliance initiatives Experience conducting audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
