Physical Therapist (PT)

Role A licensed Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating patients, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to restore function, reduce pain, prevent disability, and promote mobility. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments, establish goals, and utilize therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, physical agents, and assistive devices. Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and rehabilitation strategies. Supervise and delegate tasks to therapy assistants, students, and support staff, ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans as needed for optimal outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and valid state license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire. Strong critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work independently in stressful environments.
