Technical Business Analyst

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team supporting the development of a centralized data management hub for digital marketing analytics. This role will work closely with Snowflake Data Engineers and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements, define KPIs, and ensure data-driven insights are aligned with campaign goals.

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital marketing, data analytics, or related domains.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, campaign performance indicators, and customer engagement analytics.
• Experience working with Snowflake, SQL, and Python-based data workflows is a plus.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory and API-based data ingestion processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Prior experience in digital agencies, creative firms, or media platforms.
• Exposure to platforms like Navigator or Media OS.
• Experience supporting measurement campaigns and delivering structured data to clients.
