The Opportunity

• Connect with potential and existing customers via phone and email - real conversations, real relationships
• Turn outreach into actual business - learn the full sales cycle from first hello to closed deal
• Re-engage past customers and help grow accounts you inherit from day one
• Keep the CRM clean and up-to-date in HubSpot - future you will thank present you
• Learn the product catalog inside and out so you can talk shop with confidence
• Occasionally travel to trade shows and customer visits as you grow into the role

The Details

• Full-time, hourly position
• Office-based role
• Up to 20% travel over time
• Occasional evenings or weekends as needed
• Light lifting (about 15 lbs.)

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
• Strong communication skills-you're comfortable talking with people and building rapport
• Willingness to learn and take feedback
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Basic computer skills; experience with CRM tools (like HubSpot) is a plus, but not required
