About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP for Servicing Treasury and Cash Management Operations. This key role is focused on providing managerial oversight of treasury, banking, and cash management operations that support a commercial mortgage loan servicing platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational risk management, control execution, and scalable process design. This includes overseeing supervisors and team leads, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining strong partnerships with both internal stakeholders and external banking partners. The VP will also be involved in system integrations, and enhancements, and will lead initiatives to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Candidates for the VP position should have a strong background in treasury and cash management operations, with a focus on commercial real estate or similar financial services. The role requires expertise in banking relationships, systems, and compliance, as well as experience in operational efficiency projects and a proven track record of leading technology enhancements. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving, have excellent communication skills for client relations, and be able to provide guidance on complex cash-managed loan issues. A proactive approach to identifying and addressing process gaps, control weaknesses, and inefficiencies is essential, as is the ability to lead and support staff in a dynamic, values-driven organization.
