Regional Sales Manager

Job Description Job Description Our Client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead all revenue generation and sales execution across the East region: Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and the Carolinas. This leader oversees a five-person sales team, drives GC relationships, supports margin discipline, and ensures accurate forecasting across a long sales cycle environment. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a seasoned construction sales professional. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage a team of five sales professionals across four states. * Drive revenue growth through strategic GC relationships and active business development. * Improve forecasting accuracy within a 10-12 month sales cycle. * Coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable for documentation, margin discipline, and Salesforce accuracy. * Support customer relationships at both the executive and field levels. * Oversee jobsite visits, PM engagements, and Lunch & Learns. * Enforce CRM-driven pipeline and forecasting processes. * Partner with estimating, preconstruction, and operations leadership. * Support expansion into the Carolinas and future hiring for that region.
