Together the team partners with leadership to provide insights, information, and guidance to make strategic and operational decisions, inform investors about our business model and progress, and ensure the company is financially healthy and consistently meeting our reporting obligations.We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join the Finance Team!What you'll do:Focus on ensuring Snapchat's invoicing efforts are carried out timely, correctly, and accuratelyYou'll collaborate with the Business Solutions, Operations, and Accounting teams on creating efficiencies and improving our billing and collections processes as we continue to scale our products.Investigate, document and work on global billing resolutionsSupport AR Leads on all billing related issuesDaily cash applicationMonthly billing reconciliationsAssist accounting team in month end reconciliation on AR accountsSupport collections analysts in resolving campaign and invoicing queriesReach out to customers where needed to clarify current data held for invoicingProvide support and prepare other ad hoc analyses and projects as neededWork alongside the AR Leads in data quality assurance tasksProvide support for the annual financial statement audit, periodic internal audits, and other ARrelated requestsFocus on meeting departmental monthly collection goalsPrepare monthly and quarterly journal entries and account reconciliations as part of the monthly close process for areas, as assignedPrepare various reconciliations and analysis of account activityIdentify risks, implement controls, and maintain proper process documentation and evidence in accordance with SOXImprove and document general processes for assigned areasKnowledge, skills, and abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and Excel skills requiredAccounts Receivable experience in the advertising or media/entertainment industryInternational Accounts Receivable experience preferred but not mandatoryExperience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of a companyDetail-oriented with a high sense of urgencyProactive, self-directed approach with the ability to multi-task. think creatively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environmentAbility to prioritize tasks and work independentlyAbility to work under pressure and perform several tasks concurrently in a deadline driven environmentExceptional organizational skillsMinimum qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience2+ Years of experience in an Accounts Receivable functionIf you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please don’t be shy and provide us some information."Default Together" Policy at Snap: At Snap Inc. we believe that being together in person helps us build our culture faster, reinforce our values, and serve our community, customers and partners better through dynamic collaboration. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):The base hourly range for this position is $31.73-$47.11 hourly.Zone B:The base hourly range for this position is $30.28-$44.71 hourly.Zone C:The base hourly range for this position is $26.92-$39.9 hourly.This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
