Educate patients and their families to encourage progress beyond clinical settings.

Participate in occasional inpatient therapy evaluations and services, ensuring smooth continuity of care throughout a patient's therapy journey.

Maintain precise and timely documentation compliant with all applicable state, federal, and organizational regulations.

Engage in ongoing education and collaboration with peers to stay abreast of advancements within your field.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is not yet attained.

Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment methodologies across all age groups, with a solid grasp of speech, language, and swallowing disorders both acquired and developmental.

Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
