F135 Program Digital Solutions CAM (Onsite)

At RTX, the Pratt & Whitney Military Engines organization is seeking a Control Account Manager (CAM) to join the F135 Program Digital Solutions (PDS) team. What You Will Do: Manage Level 5 Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in accordance with Pratt & Whitney’s EVMS monthly business rhythm, including calculating Estimates to Complete (ETC), processing Budget Change Requests (BCR), performing monthly status, and preparing cost and/or schedule variance analyses as needed. Demonstrate active risk management by identifying risks and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies for cost and/or schedule. Drive Earned Value Management System (EVMS) compliance to contract requirements and ensure on-time deliverables are met. Support program level reviews including Comprehensive Estimate at Complete (CEAC) reviews, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), and Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs). Collaborate with technical subject matter experts (SMEs) and cross‑functional organizations (EVAR, PP&S, PMO) to accurately manage status of labor and material tasks. Drive project management principles. Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Operations with 5+ years of relevant experience, OR an advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience. U.S. Citizenship is required. Earned Value or program management experience as applied to U.S. Government contracts. At least 2 years experience with EV tools: Oracle Primavera P6, wInsight, WebEVM, Empower, SAP. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP S/4HANA. Previous experience supporting agile teams, especially using EV reporting with agile teams, and a certified agile practitioner, coach, or other agile certification. Experience in aerospace or defense industry, particularly with propulsion systems and knowledge of the F135 engine program operations and lifecycle management. Experience in large‑scale digital transformation initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization. Strong organizational and communication skills, including presenting to multiple levels of the organization.
