About the Position Serves as the Deputy Chief, Army Service Center of The Adjutant General Directorate. Position is located at Human Resources Command (HRC), The Adjutant General Directorate (TAGD), at Fort Knox, Kentucky. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: strategic communications and system fielding; examining administrative and management problems and recommending solutions; executing human resources actions to include performance and fiscal management; facilitating employee empowerment, training, allocating available resources; facilitating team synergy through consensus building and team objectives, providing training, coaching, mentoring and assisting employees. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
