Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, employing standardized assessment tools and in-depth interviews.

• Collaborate with clients to craft individualized treatment plans that incorporate their unique goals, preferences, and specific challenges, ensuring a holistic approach to therapy.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate meaningful change and improvement in client outcomes.

• Educate and empower clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care practices, fostering a supportive and nurturing environment.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to improve effectiveness and respond to evolving needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 90,000 - 100,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
