We're looking for a Account Executive – Miami

Are you a true hunter who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, and winning new business?

We're looking for a Account Executive to drive new client acquisition across the Miami and South Florida market. This is a field-focused, new-business role for someone energized by prospecting, cold outreach, getting in front of decision-makers, and turning opportunities into long-term customers — not a desk-based or account-maintenance job.

What you'll do:

• Build and manage a pipeline of new prospects across Miami and South Florida, targeting shippers and companies that fit PRIMO's ideal customer profile.
• Conduct consistent outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Secure and lead face-to-face meetings with prospective clients, visiting them regularly to understand their transportation needs.
• Present and negotiate customized logistics solutions, backed by a solid financial business case.
• Own the sales process end-to-end — prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity, opportunities, and forecasts in HubSpot.
• Identify and act on upsell/cross-sell opportunities as new accounts mature.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, or logistics/transportation sales (entry to mid-level welcome — we value hunter mentality and hustle over years).
• Comfortable with field sales, covering the Florida territory, and frequent face-to-face client meetings.
• Strong prospecting, cold-calling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience selling transportation, freight brokerage, 3PL, or supply chain solutions is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of the South Florida business and logistics market, and existing relationships with shippers, manufacturers, or importers/exporters, are a plus.
• Self-driven, persistent, competitive, and highly results-oriented.
• CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) and strong pipeline discipline.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred.
