About the Opportunity We're looking for an experienced Google Media Buyer to own one of the most important growth channels for Wild Pastures. You'll take full ownership of our Google advertising ecosystem, leading strategy, execution, optimization, testing, and scaling across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Demand Gen. Your work will directly influence customer acquisition, revenue growth, and the continued expansion of one of the fastest-growing regenerative food brands in the industry. This isn't a role where success is measured by how many campaigns you launch. It's measured by the business growth you help create. We're looking for someone who thinks like an owner, enjoys solving difficult performance problems, challenges assumptions with data, proactively uncovers new opportunities, and continually pushes for better results. You'll collaborate closely with Growth Marketing, Creative Strategists, Designers, Editors, and Leadership to turn performance insights into stronger creative, stronger campaigns, and stronger business outcomes. What You'll Do Own strategy, execution, optimization, and scaling across Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Demand Gen. Drive profitable customer acquisition for a subscription-based ecommerce business while optimizing key business metrics including ROAS, MER, nCAC, CPA, customer quality, lifetime value, retention, and profitability. Design and execute structured testing roadmaps across creative, offers, landing pages, campaign structures, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and messaging. Partner closely with Creative Strategists, Designers, Editors, and Marketing Leadership to develop new creative concepts informed by campaign performance and customer behavior. Translate performance insights into actionable creative recommendations that continuously improve advertising effectiveness. Own keyword strategy, search term mining, negative keyword management, Google Merchant Center optimization, and overall account structure. Monitor account performance daily, proactively identifying trends, diagnosing root causes, communicating risks, and recommending solutions before small issues become larger problems. Stay ahead of Google Ads platform updates, AI developments, attribution changes, Merchant Center enhancements, and emerging direct-response best practices. Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and long-term account growth. Contribute ideas that improve not only Google performance, but the overall effectiveness of our Growth Marketing organization. What You'll Need to Succeed 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience managing subscription-based ecommerce brands. Demonstrated success scaling profitable Google advertising campaigns.
