What You’ll Be Doing Own and grow relationships with existing key customers Drive the full sales cycle: qualify leads, build proposals, follow up, and close deals Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience Track your progress in our CRM (Hubspot) and contribute to continuous improvement Represent PMC-STS at leading regional and national trade shows What We’re Looking For A degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial technology Great communicator – both in person and in writing Comfortable with travel (up to 50%) across North America Knowledge of pressure sensor technology 9pressure, level, temperature, flow, and analytics) or related fields is a plus CRM-savvy (Hubspot experience preferred) Proactive, self-driven, and a strong team player What We Offer Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus Health & wellness benefits 401(k) plan A passionate, entrepreneurial culture where your ideas matter Flexibility to work from home or our Connecticut office Ready to make your mark?
