Technical Support Engineer (Transformer)
Shenzhen Wephon Digital Energy Co., Ltd.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields, with proficiency in English as a working language.
- Experience with oil-immersed transformer products and full-cycle project technical support.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, with honesty, diligence, responsibility, and team spirit.
- Willingness to travel short-term or medium-term to countries like Mexico, Brazil, etc. 1. Provide pre-sales support for overseas distribution network (transformer products), including customer communication, technical discussions, and solution presentations.
- Participate in project bidding for target countries and prepare technical bid documents.
- Assist in signing technical agreements and submitting qualification materials for project implementation.
- Collect and organize industry trends and competitor information.
