Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, guiding clients through challenges using evidence-based methodologies, including cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote individual growth and resolve unique client issues.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with both state and federal regulations, as well as organizational policies.

• Design and modify customized care plans based on client progress while conducting regular follow-up sessions to ensure long-term success.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives, representing It's Your Move Counseling at local events to raise awareness about available mental health services and resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. As the demand for mental health support continues to grow, your expertise will be key in helping prioritize health and wellness across various demographics, serving families and couples alongside individual clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in a clinical mental health setting, providing therapy to individuals or groups.

Compensation and Benefits\n
