Work Environment\n

This is a full-time remote position, allowing you flexibility in your work environment while ensuring you maintain meaningful client interactions. Our team practices from an outpatient model, emphasizing personalized care plans and regular follow-ups, which you will support through virtual counseling sessions. While the core hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, a degree of flexibility is essential to accommodate patient needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' needs, strengths, and areas for growth, leading to individualized treatment strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to patients, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy in both individual and group settings.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups designed to foster community connection and address prevalent mental health issues.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care plans that address all aspects of patient health.

• Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and immediate care as required.

• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal regulations, ethical standards, and organizational policies.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Pennsylvania.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health disorders, evidence-based therapeutic practices, and knowledge of community resources.

• Proven ability to assess client needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans effectively.

• Experience delivering both individual and group therapy services across a variety of age groups and cultural backgrounds.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills, with a commitment to ethical practice.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
