About the Role

The Company is in search of an experienced VP & Treasurer to lead its treasury function and contribute to the long-term financial strategy and growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing treasury strategies that align with the organization's objectives, overseeing cash management, liquidity forecasting, and working capital. This executive-level position also involves leading debt, financing, and capital structure activities, managing various financial relationships, and supporting strategic transactions and capital allocation initiatives. Compliance with treasury policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls is essential, as is the continuous improvement of processes and efficiency within the treasury function. Applicants for the VP & Treasurer role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree or certification preferred, and at least 10 years' of experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, or capital markets. A minimum of 5 years' in a leadership role managing finance or treasury teams is required. The role demands a strong background in cash and liquidity management, debt financing, capital structure, and financial risk, as well as a deep understanding of corporate finance, banking, and capital markets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, and have a proven track record of influencing senior leadership and managing stakeholders. Strong business acumen and a history of driving strategic initiatives and developing teams are also key attributes for this position.
