VP & Treasurer

DescriptionA client of Kforce is seeking an experienced VP & Treasurer in the Saint Louis, MO area to lead the organization's treasury function and play a key role in supporting its long-term financial strategy and growth. This executive-level position will oversee treasury operations, liquidity, capital structure, debt management, banking relationships, and financial risk management.Key Responsibilities:* Develop and execute treasury strategies aligned with organizational objectives* Oversee cash management, liquidity forecasting, and working capital* Lead debt, financing, and capital structure activities* Manage banking, lending, investor, and financial institution relationships* Support strategic transactions and capital allocation initiatives* Oversee financial risk management, including hedging and insurance programs* Ensure compliance with treasury policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls* Lead and develop the treasury function while identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencyRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred* 10+ years of progressive experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, or capital markets* 5+ years of leadership experience managing finance or treasury teams* Strong experience with cash and liquidity management, debt financing, capital structure, and financial risk* Strong understanding of corporate finance, banking, and capital markets* Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills* Proven ability to influence senior leadership and effectively manage internal and external stakeholders* Strong business acumen with a track record of developing teams and driving strategic initiativesJob TypeDirect HireCompensation230000 - $260000
