Job Description Import/Export Planner We are hiring an Import/Export Planner to manage finished goods imports across North America and key Caribbean/Central American markets. This role acts as a main point of contact between Mexico, Brazil, and international sourcing teams, ensuring smooth shipment execution and supply continuity. Key Responsibilities: Lead import planning and execution, ensuring alignment with sourcing units and demand Track and follow up on international shipments (ocean and land) to meet service levels Manage communication with stakeholders across North America and Caribbean regions Identify risks in shipments or demand changes and drive corrective actions Support planning activities including MRP, distribution planning, and finished goods movements Coordinate with supply planning and logistics teams to ensure product availability Requirements: +2 years in supply chain, logistics, or planning roles Strong experience in import/export operations and shipment tracking Advanced conversational English (daily interaction with international teams) Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred; Kinaxis a plus) Knowledge of MRP, distribution planning, and supply chain processes Basic to intermediate Excel Work Setup: Remote anywhere in Mexico or Hybrid in Aguascalientes Looking for a hands-on professional with strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced supply chain environment
