Housing-First Case Manager (Trauma-Informed)
The Salvation Army Northwest Division
The Salvation Army Northwest Division seeks a Everett-based Case Manager to provide trauma-informed, housing-focused services to single adults experiencing homelessness. You will assess needs, develop individualized service plans, and connect clients to housing, health, employment, and community resources. Responsibilities include collaborative case management with staff, maintaining accurate records in HMIS/WellSky, and training colleagues. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Salvation Army Northwest Division
