Solutions Consultant

The opportunity You’ll sit at the intersection of Sales, Product and Professional Services , working closely with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle. You’ll help prospective clients understand how technology can solve complex operational challenges across fund accounting, fund administration and investment operations . You’ll be working directly with senior stakeholders including CFOs, COOs, Fund Controllers and Heads of Operations , leading discovery sessions, designing solutions and delivering tailored product demonstrations. Importantly, this isn't a role where you're simply presenting slides — you'll be expected to get hands‑on with the platform, configure solutions, build demo environments and run proofs of concept. What you'll be doing Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales process Lead discovery workshops with prospective clients Understand existing operating models and identify transformation opportunitiesTranslate business requirements into solution designs Deliver tailored software demonstrations Support RFPs, RFIs and tender responses Map customer operating models into technology workflows Identify integration requirements and recommend best‑practice solutions Build and configure demo environments and prospect datasets Run proofs of concept and pilot builds Work closely with Product and Professional Services to ensure solutions are achievable What we're looking for: You’ll ideally have 3+ years' experience within private markets , with a background in one or more of: Private Markets Operations Client Services within Fund Administration Private Markets Technology Consulting Solutions Consulting for Financial Software You’ll also have: Strong understanding of alternative investment operations Experience working with Fund Administrators or Investment Managers Excellent presentation and communication skills Experience leading workshops with senior stakeholders Commercial awareness and an understanding of enterprise sales The ability to translate operational challenges into technology solutions A hands‑on approach to technology and solution configuration SQL and API familiarity would be highly advantageous. Experience with platforms such as Allvue, eFront, Investran, Yardi, FIS InvestOne, Geneva or Dynamo would also be valuable. You should be comfortable discussing areas such as: Fund accounting & general ledgers Capital calls & distributions Management fees & carried interest Financial reporting Fund structures & SPVs Why this is an exciting role This is an opportunity to become a genuine industry expert and trusted advisor , helping some of the world's leading private markets organisations rethink how they operate.
