Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health diagnoses and establish individualized treatment plans that address specific needs.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, offering consistent therapy for individuals, couples, and families.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic techniques and interventions to engage clients and help them achieve their treatment goals, including the incorporation of telehealth services.

• Document all sessions according to company guidelines, including ongoing progress notes, treatment plan updates, and necessary administrative paperwork.

• Collaborate with case managers, families, medical professionals, and educational staff to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients.

• Attend and actively participate in clinical supervision and team meetings, fostering a collaborative atmosphere within the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse client base that includes children, adolescents, couples, and families. You will be addressing a variety of mental health challenges, from relationship issues to crisis interventions, and will be integral to helping clients navigate their unique circumstances. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 81,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
