Head of GTM – B2B Sales / Go-to-Market / AI / Robotics / Data Platforms

We are currently partnered with an early-stage technology organisation developing data generation and evaluation systems for Physical AI, robotics, and real-world artificial intelligence applications. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to hire a GTM Manager / Head to build and execute the go-to-market strategy, win customers, and drive revenue growth.

This is a hands-on commercial role working closely with the founders to identify the strongest market opportunities, refine positioning, develop customer relationships, and turn early traction into a repeatable sales motion.

**A background and network in Physical AI and Robotics is a hard requirement, any CVs without a strong demonstration of this can not be considered for the position**

Key responsibilities

\n
• Define and refine the ideal customer profile, priority market segments, buyer personas, and target accounts across AI, robotics, and related technical markets
\n
• Build and execute a go-to-market strategy covering positioning, customer acquisition, sales channels, and commercial partnerships
\n
• Generate qualified pipeline through targeted outbound activity, professional networks, partnerships, industry events, and relevant inbound opportunities
\n
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, and qualification through proposals, negotiation, and closing
\n
• Build relationships with technical decision-makers, budget owners, and executive sponsors
\n
• Understand customer data, evaluation, operational, and technology challenges, as well as buying criteria, budgets, and decision-making processes
\n
• Translate technical capabilities into clear business value, differentiated messaging, and compelling sales materials
\n
• Work with product, research, and engineering teams to shape commercially viable pilots with clear success criteria and a path to paid adoption
\n

Key requirements

\n
• Experience in B2B go-to-market, business development, or full-cycle sales for technical products or services
\n
• Demonstrated track record of generating qualified pipeline and closing revenue, with clear ownership of commercial outcomes
\n
• Experience selling to AI & Robotics buyers and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder purchasing decisions
\n
• Strong discovery skills and the ability to connect customer problems with a clear and compelling value proposition
\n
• Confidence leading commercial discussions, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms
\n
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and credibly, working effectively with subject-matter experts
\n
• Experience developing market positioning, identifying target markets, or testing new customer acquisition channels
\n
• Strong commercial judgment and a disciplined approach to qualification, prioritisation, and forecasting
\n
