Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms on clients' lives, establishing a clear baseline for treatment.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the needs, goals, and preferences of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment interventions.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, empower them through self-care practices, and provide insights into treatment options.

• Monitor client progress consistently and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare specialists to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Stay updated with current research and advancements in mood disorder treatments to enhance evidence-based practices.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
