What You'll Do

As our Day Center Coordinator LPN , you'll be a key leader in creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for our participants.

You will: 

• Lead and support our amazing CNA and PCA teams
• Help participants maintain their independence and quality of life
• Coordinate daily center activities and participant care
• Monitor participant well-being and safety
• Work alongside our RN and interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care
• Identify ways to improve processes and participant experiences
• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families

What We're Looking ForRequired:

• Current North Carolina LPN License
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• CPR and First Aid Certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of experience working with older adults or frail populations
• One year of supervisory or management experience

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in a geriatric care setting
