Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual assessments and develop integrated care plans tailored to the unique needs of clients experiencing major mental illnesses and emotional disorders.

• Engage directly with clients through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring treatment services are responsive to presenting issues and client needs.

• Implement evidence-based interventions and therapies, while monitoring client progress and conducting follow-up assessments as necessary.

• Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational conduct standards, safeguarding client trust and confidentiality.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and ensure coordinated care across various health and social service sectors.

• Provide crisis intervention and management to clients in urgent need, ensuring safety and appropriate follow-up actions are enacted.

• Document treatment sessions, progress notes, and outcomes accurately and timely in compliance with care standards.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and client outcomes throughout the organization.

Compensation and Benefits\n
