Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, to facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that integrate clients' preferences and goals.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning to maintain client safety and promote resilience.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all client interactions are recorded accurately.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to create a sense of community among participants.

Compensation and Benefits\n
