Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions for assigned clients who experience symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Collaborate with school staff to develop strategies that foster a supportive educational environment for students with mental health needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify client needs and ensure appropriate treatment plans are created and implemented.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with organizational standards.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to share insights and strategies for improving student mental health services.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support and stabilization to students in need.

• Monitor and manage a caseload effectively, ensuring timely responses to client requests and maintaining continuity of care.

• Conduct safety assessments and implement necessary safety protocols to protect students and staff within the school environment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
