Key Responsibilities\n

The responsibilities of the Licensed Clinical Social Worker include, but are not limited to:

• Engaging directly with clients in both office and community settings, conducting assessments and providing therapeutic interventions for those exhibiting symptoms of major mental illness or severe emotional distress.

• Participating actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaboratively evaluate and enhance client care approaches and outcomes.

• Building and maintaining a trusting relationship with clients, their families, and other stakeholders, ensuring that individual needs and preferences are respected and met.

• Implementing evidence-based screening tools and developing integrated care plans tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Conducting crisis intervention when necessary, offering immediate support to clients in distress.

• Monitoring treatment progress, ensuring that client care is aligned with their presented issues and evolving needs.

• Completing required documentation and reports punctually to support effective communication and continuity of care.

• Providing on-call support and participating in ongoing training opportunities for personal and professional growth.
