Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand and evaluate the mental health needs of students.

• Deliver effective individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to each student’s specific needs and challenges.

• Collaborate closely with educational staff, including teachers and school counselors, to devise coordinated care plans aimed at enhancing student outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention, including risk assessments and safety planning, to address urgent mental health concerns.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation in line with legal and ethical standards to ensure compliance and best practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus as part of your employment package.
