As we continue to grow, we are a Senior Business Administrator to join our team of capable, driven people who take ownership, solve problems, and help move the company forward. Who We're Looking For RTS Tactical is hiring a highly capable Senior Business Administrator to work closely with executive leadership across a broad range of business operations, projects, and company initiatives. This is a high-level, hands-on role for someone with strong business judgment, resourcefulness, and the ability to independently move projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating different areas of a business, working with internal teams and external partners, researching and solving unfamiliar challenges, and ensuring important initiatives continue moving forward. What You'll Do Manage and execute business projects and company initiatives from start to finish. Support executive leadership across operational and administrative business functions. Research business needs, evaluate options, and develop recommendations. Manage relationships and negotiations with vendors and external partners. Coordinate projects across departments and outside resources. Review proposals, agreements, costs, and other business documentation. Identify operational needs and help develop and implement solutions. Maintain visibility and follow-through across key projects, commitments, and deadlines. What We're Looking For 4+ years of progressive experience in business operations, administration, project management, or a related role. Experience working closely with senior or executive leadership. Strong business judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent organization, project management, and follow-through. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively with limited direction. High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
