Work Environment\n

The work setting is a flexible remote telehealth environment designed to facilitate seamless communication and care delivery. Our telehealth infrastructure is equipped with advanced tools that allow counselors to conduct virtual assessments, therapy sessions, and follow-ups with patients, ensuring the highest level of care is maintained. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly residents, accurately identifying their psychological and emotional needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that focus on addressing common challenges faced by seniors, such as grief, loss, and adjustment to life transitions.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop tailored care plans that support the mental and emotional well-being of geriatric patients.

• Provide training and educational resources to staff and family members to enhance understanding of emotional health and its impact on elderly patients.

• Lead grief and loss counseling initiatives, working with families and residents to navigate end-of-life challenges with compassion and understanding.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
