Administrative Assistant

2:00pm to 10:00pm Monday through Friday and may be asked to work some weekends Second shift Answer general phone inquiries using a professional and courteous manner. Direct phone inquiries to the appropriate person. Reply to general information requests. Greet Drivers in a professional and friendly manner. Use SAP Sort incoming mail, faxes, and courier deliveries for distribution. Prepare and send Samples and returns Purchase, receive and store supplies and replenish as needed. Code and file material. Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff.
