Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and individual therapy sessions, tailoring interventions to meet client-specific needs.

• Provide couples therapy aimed at improving communication and resolving conflicts, utilizing techniques such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Facilitate family counseling sessions that address relational dynamics and enhance coping strategies among family members.
\n
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, regularly reviewing and adjusting them according to client progress and feedback.

• Utilize standardized diagnostic tools and clinical interviews to assess and diagnose mental health disorders effectively.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve diverse populations within the Naperville community and surrounding areas, assisting individuals, couples, and families coping with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and trauma. This role is crucial in helping clients navigate their emotional and psychological challenges, leading to improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Illinois, with an active and unrestricted license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
