Job Description and Duties
Under the general supervision of the Area commander or designee, the Office Services Supervisor I (Typing) is responsible for the overall clerical operations. The Office Services Supervisor I (Typing) plans, organizes, and directs duties and assignments for subordinate employees. Prepares performance evaluations, submits reports as required, and maintains filing systems. Prepares and processes purchases for necessary equipment and services. Maintains personnel files and handles confidential documents and reviews attendance screens and handles all time-keeping. Reconciles and prepares all monthly overtime reports. Performs other job related duties as assigned/required.
