If this is the culture and work environment you are seeking, then EBAD is the place for you! **Job Description**EBAD is looking to hire a **Temporary Human Resources Coordinator** to join the team in Simsbury, CT. The Human Resources Coordinator is effectively the first line of support to all EBAD employees in Simsbury and a key front-facing team member of the HR team.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:*** Be first line of support for all employees and triage inquiries as necessary in a timely manner* Assist with day-to-day coordination of HR processes, programs, and initiatives* Own the pre-hire and onboarding process including new hire preparation, day one orientation and onboarding* Maintain accurate and timely entry of employee data within HR systems including Workday and IFS* Become Workday and IFS lead for the EBAD Simsbury HR Team; partner with Workday and IFS stakeholders to increase efficiency of HR processes* Coordinate coin recognition, service anniversary and tuition reimbursement programs* Maintain the HR staffing dashboard and various Workday and Excel reports as needed for the HR Team**Requirements:*** Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry of critical employee information* Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality* Prior experience in human resources or business preferred* Ability to demonstrate a positive and professional presence to internal and external customers* Ability to work on multiple projects and collaborate with various stakeholders* Demonstrates the initiative to provide possible solutions when faced with challenges* Ability to pick up new HR systems quickly; experience using Workday and/or IFS is preferred* Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint* Must have exceptional written and oral communication skills* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related field*Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
