Escrow Assistant III

We're looking for a detail-oriented Escrow Assistant to support a fast-paced escrow team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, multitasking, and working behind the scenes to keep real estate transactions running smoothly from start to finish.


What You'll Do


Before Closing:


Order and review payoff statements, utilities, and tax information
Ensure all file requirements are met (liens, judgments, bankruptcy, etc.)
Coordinate HOA documents including bylaws, financials, and letters
Communicate with agents, lenders, and clients to gather key information
ssist with preparing legal documents such as Power of Attorney and Quitclaim Deeds
Verify wire transfers and assist with disbursements
Support Escrow Officer and provide updates on file status


At Closing:


ssist with entering lender figures and preparing closing packages
Print documents and checks for closing
Help coordinate communication with lenders and agents


After Closing:


Finalize and audit files for completeness
Prepare documents for recording and shipment
Track and follow up on any outstanding escrow balances
Organize files for scanning and storage


What We're Looking For


Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
bility to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Real estate or escrow experience preferred, but not required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems
