Registered Dental Hygienist Preventive Care: Perform comprehensive cleanings, including scaling and polishing, to ensure optimal oral health. Conduct patient assessments (vital signs/medical history) and take high-quality X-rays using proper safety and radiation protocols. Patient Education: Empower patients with personalized hygiene instructions and clear explanations of treatment plans. Assist chairside with general and pediatric procedures, utilizing four-handed dentistry techniques when necessary. Compliance & Safety: Maintain rigorous infection control (aseptic techniques) and sterilization procedures. Ensure accurate patient charting and records management using Eaglesoft or Dentrix, maintaining full HIPAA compliance. part-time $45 - $55 per hour - Professional Environment: Work in a modern facility that prioritizes the well-being of both patients and staff. Shift & Schedule Infection Control License Licensed dental hygienist Valid New York State license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (Required). Prior experience in a dental office is preferred, with a strong background in General and Pediatric Dentistry. Technical Skills: Proficiency in EMR systems (Dentrix/Eaglesoft) and medical imaging.
