Consumer Products Account Manager

Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field 4–7+ years of experience managing national or major accounts within the CPG industry Proven success driving sales growth within major retail channels Experience with line reviews, category management, trade spend, and promotional planning Strong analytical and financial acumen Ability to develop fact-based selling strategies using customer and consumer insights Excellent communication and presentation skills Comfortable presenting and demoing products both virtually and in person Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Teams Automotive aftermarket or car care industry experience is a plus eCommerce experience is a plus Responsibilities Manage relationships with major retail accounts, brokers, and key stakeholders Partner with customers to identify new business opportunities, promotional activity, and growth strategies Lead and conduct compelling line reviews in partnership with Marketing teams Drive topline sales growth and profitability across assigned accounts Execute pricing strategy, negotiate contracts, and manage trade spend programs Analyze sales trends, SKU productivity, assortment opportunities, and customer data to make strategic recommendations Coordinate promotional planning with cross-functional partners including Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations Support inventory planning, forecasting, and demand planning initiatives Serve as a brand ambassador and product expert both internally and externally Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and market opportunities Benefits Pay: High salaries negotiated using US Bureau of Labor Statistics Benefits & Bonuses: Medical, dental, vision insurance benefits, 401K, and monetary bonuses Professional Development: Hiring process advice, resume revision, and employment term negotiation Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
