Associate Actuary - Remote

Description The Associate Actuary performs complex actuarial work with minimal supervision and delivers high quality results. Communicates findings and recommendations clearly to actuarial peers, leaders, and senior stakeholders across the organization. Applies advanced critical thinking to identify complex issues, assess risk, and drive effective solutions. Takes full ownership of complex projects from planning through completion, anticipating dependencies, risks, and key decisions. Provides guidance to project teams and supports the growth of junior analysts through coaching and knowledge sharing. Demonstrates emerging leadership by modeling accountability and collaboration, and actively partners across teams to achieve shared outcomes.
