Principal Technology Recruiter

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Principal Recruiter to lead recruitment processes for critical talent needs across Technology and Corporate Functions. In this highly consultative role, you will partner with senior leaders to develop hiring strategies, provide talent market intelligence, and attract exceptional talent across technology, finance, human resources, marketing, legal, communications, and other professional disciplines.As a trusted advisor, you will influence workforce decisions, drive complex searches, and leverage data-driven insights to shape hiring outcomes that support C.H. Robinson's business strategy and transformation initiatives. Applications will be accepted through August 28th.Responsibilities:The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:Lead recruitment strategy discussions with business leaders to align critical talent needs with organizational objectives and workforce plansManage full-cycle recruitment for positions across technology and corporate functions, including engineering, data, cybersecurity, finance, human resources, marketing, legal, and communicationsBuild and maintain proactive pipelines of top talent through innovative sourcing strategies, talent mapping, networking, and market engagementServe as a trusted talent advisor by providing insights on labor market trends, compensation, talent availability, competitive intelligence, and hiring risksFacilitate structured interview and selection processes that drive high-quality hiring decisions while promoting an inclusive candidate experienceLeverage recruiting metrics and workforce data to identify opportunities, influence hiring outcomes, and improve recruiting effectivenessLead and contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives, process improvements, and recruiting innovation efforts that enhance scalability and business impactAct as a subject matter expert and mentor to recruiters by sharing best practices, elevating recruiting capabilities, and driving knowledge transfer across the teamRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or GED equivalentMinimum 8 years' recruitment experienceMinimum 3 years of technical recruiting experience supporting engineering, product, data, infrastructure, or related technology functionsAbility to travel up to 15%Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or universityExperience recruiting for highly specialized professional, technical, and leadership positions across technology and corporate functionsAdvanced sourcing, pipelining, talent mapping, and candidate engagement capabilitiesDemonstrated ability to influence senior leaders through talent market insights, workforce planning recommendations, and data-driven decision makingExcellent verbal, written, presentation, consulting, and negotiation skills with the ability to build credibility at all levels of the organizationStrong strategic orientation with the ability to solve complex talent challenges, evaluate enterprise impacts, and drive organizational changeDemonstrated ability to lead projects, mentor recruiters, and share best practices across teamsValues a diverse and inclusive work environmentWe will review applications for this role on an ongoing basis and encourage all interested candidates to apply at their earliest convenience.Compensation Range$89,800.00 - $151,800.00The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location.
