This position is a fully remote role facilitating telehealth services, allowing our counselors to connect with clients in a comfortable environment. You will have the freedom to engage with clients through secure virtual platforms, thereby ensuring accessibility while maintaining the highest standards for privacy and confidentiality. The telehealth model enables counselors to provide timely support to clients without the constraints of travel, reaching individuals who may face barriers to in-person care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport to establish trusting and effective therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, address any challenges, and explore options for discharge when appropriate.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is mandatory.

• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in the state of Connecticut is required.
