Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Arvada, CO

This full-time contract opportunity invites a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide teletherapy and in-person services to a pediatric caseload. Working collaboratively, you'll address diverse student needs, helping each child reach their communication goals.


Key Qualifications:

• Valid SLP license (CCC or CFY eligible)
• Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Proficient in delivering teletherapy and in-person speech-language services
• Comfortable working with a range of communication disorders
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet each student's unique needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver direct therapy for students ages 3-21
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely caseload documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
• Provide both teletherapy and on-site services depending on student and district needs
• Contribute insights to team meetings and participate in IEP development
• Consult and guide support staff involved in student care plans
