Position: Mechanical Engineering Work‑Study Office Assistant Location: Steinmetz Hall 218D, Schenectady, NY. Supervisor: Jocelyn Rockower. Number of positions: 2. Work available: Days. Pay rate: $9.70 per hour. Responsibilities Shredding of old files Restock paper and supplies in copy room and/or labs and/or classrooms Mail pick up and delivery Run on‑campus errands General upkeep of office and ME classrooms Assist in posting Mechinar and course information flyers (as needed) Maintain control over Mechinar food/supplies and assist with set‑up Assist with toner/ink replacements Assist with-in labs duties upon faculty request Other various office needs Qualifications Punctual Reliable Communicative Pleasant and professional attitude E‑Verify Participation: Union College participates in E‑Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the United States.
