Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health status and needs using appropriate diagnostic tools.

• Utilize the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to inform individualized care plans that align with cultural diversities.

• Create, implement, and continually evaluate evidence-based treatment plans, adjusting interventions based on patient feedback and progress.

• Prepare and maintain accurate clinical documentation, treatment records, and reports in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with patients and interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans that reflect identified patient goals and outcomes.

• Provide education and support to patients and their families, enhancing understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment options.

• Mentor and support junior clinicians, interns, and volunteers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

• Engage in regular peer reviews and case collaborations to uphold best practices within our clinical team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on caring for patients diagnosed with cancer and their families, who may experience increased emotional and psychological distress due to their conditions. Compensation and Benefits\n
